A great scraper begins with the quality and thickness of the steel. Glaser Hitec scrapers are massively built using 3/8″ thick CPM 10V steel, providing exceptional rigidity, durability, and cutting performance during demanding turning operations.

The heavy construction helps reduce vibration while maintaining excellent control, allowing the tool to produce clean, consistent surfaces on the workpiece.

Scrapers are powerful tools and require proper technique and experience to use effectively. As with any turning tool, care and attention should always be exercised during operation.
